KOMPLETT REPORTS REVENUE OF MNOK 440 IN DECEMBER 2010

Direct sales accounted for MNOK 312.2 (+16 %) compared to MNOK 269 for the same

month in 2009.

Direct sales includes sales in the web shops Komplett.no, Komplett.se,

Komplett.dk, MPX.no, inWarehouse.se and Jernia.no.

In 4Q 2010, Komplett has intensified its marketing activities significantly to

strengthen its market position. This means that the overall level of costs will

be higher than in comparable quarters.

Komplett's revenue for December 2010 was MNOK 439.6 (+2 %) as compared to MNOK

432.4 for the same month in 2009.

Komplett posted total direct sales of MNOK 2 614 (+12 %) in 2010, up from MNOK

2 337 in 2009.

Komplett posted total revenue of MNOK 3 808 (+2 %) in 2010, up from MNOK 3 749

in 2009.
