Milano, 15 aprile 2026 – Con riferimento a quanto riportato nei comunicati stampa del 19 dicembre 2025, 13 febbraio 2026 e 12 marzo 2026, relativamente alla cessione delle complessive n. 2.388.750 azioni CULTI Milano S.p.A. di proprietà di KME Group S.p.A. a Berger International S.A.S. - holding company di Emosia Group (“l’Operazione”), si rende noto che, su richiesta dell’acquirente, in data 22 aprile 2026 verrà data esecuzione all’Operazione.

THE DATE FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE TRANSACTION REGARDING THE SALE OF CULTI MILANO SPA HAS BEEN SET
Milan, April 15, 2026 – With reference to the press releases dated December 19, 2025, February 13, 2026 and March 12, 2026, regarding the sale of all 2,388,750 shares owned in CULTI Milano SpA by KME Group SpA to Berger International S.A.S - the holding company of the Emosia Group (the “Transaction”), it is hereby announced that, upon request by the purchaser, the Transaction will be executed on April 22, 2026.
