AGGIORNAMENTI IN MERITO ALL'OPERAZIONE DI CESSIONE DI CULTI MILANO SPA
Milano, 12 marzo 2026 – Con riferimento a quanto riportato nei comunicati stampa del 19 dicembre 2025 e 13 febbraio 2026, relativamente all'operazione di cessione delle complessive n. 2.388.750 azioni CULTI Milano S.p.A. di proprietà di KME Group S.p.A. a Berger International S.A.S. - holding company di Emosia Group, si rende noto che le parti, su richiesta dell'acquirente, hanno inteso estendere ulteriormente la long stop date per l'esecuzione della cessione al 15 aprile 2026, al fine di consentire all'acquirente stesso di completare l'avveramento delle condizioni sospensive previste in contratto.

UPDATES REGARDING THE SALE OF CULTI MILANO SPA
Milan, March 12, 2026 – With reference to the press releases dated December 19, 2025 and February 13, 2026, regarding the sale of all 2,388,750 shares owned in CULTI Milano SpA by KME Group SpA to Berger International S.A.S - the holding company of the Emosia Group, it is hereby announced that, upon request by the purchaser, the parties have agreed to further extend the long stop date for the completion of the transaction to April 15, 2026, in order to allow the purchaser to complete the fulfilment of the conditions precedent provided for by the contract.
