AGGIORNAMENTI IN MERITO ALL'OPERAZIONE DI CESSIONE DI CULTI MILANO SPA
Milano, 13 febbraio 2026 – Con riferimento a quanto riportato nel comunicato stampa del 19 dicembre 2025, relativamente all'operazione di cessione delle complessive n. 2.388.750 azioni CULTI Milano S.p.A. di proprietà di KME Group S.p.A. a Berger International S.A.S. - holding company di Emosia Group, si rende noto che l'acquirente ha inteso estendere – come già previsto dal relativo contratto – la long stop date per l'esecuzione della cessione al 15 marzo 2026.

UPDATES REGARDING THE SALE OF CULTI MILANO SPA
Milan, February 13, 2026 – With reference to the press release dated December 19, 2025, regarding the sale of all 2,388,750 shares owned in CULTI Milano SpA by KME Group SpA to Berger International S.A.S - the holding company of the Emosia Group, it is hereby announced that the purchaser has decided to extend – in accordance to the provisions of the relevant agreement – the long stop date for the completion of the transaction to March 15, 2026.
