KME ACQUIRES 100% CONTROL OF TRÉFIMÉTAUX SAS
Milan, 9th July 2019 – Following up to its press release issued on 12th March 2019, Intek Group S.p.A. informs that its subsidiary company KME SE has executed the agreement signed on 11th March 2019 with ECT-European Copper Tubes Limited, after fulfillment of the conditions precedent envisaged therein, to purchase 49% shareholding in Tréfimétaux SAS and, therefore, obtain again 100% share control of such a company. The acquisition price paid at closing has been € 2,0 million.
