PRESS RELEASE
Milan, 1st March 2022 – Following up to its press release published on 9th February 2022, Intek Group S.p.A. informs that its subsidiaries KME Italy S.p.A. and Serravalle Copper Tubes S.r.l. (main Italian operating companies of KME Group) have entered into a 6 years facility agreement, for a total amount of euro 75 million, with a pool of Italian banks supported by a SACE guarantee.
