Milano, 1 marzo 2022 – Facendo seguito al comunicato stampa diffuso in data 9 febbraio 2022, Intek Group S.p.A. informa che le sue controllate KME Italy S.p.A. e Serravalle Copper Tubes S.r.l. (principali società operative italiane del Gruppo KME) hanno stipulato un accordo di finanziamento della durata di 6 anni, per un importo totale di Euro 75 milioni, con un pool di banche italiane supportate da garanzia SACE.
