Storm Real Estate ASA - Registered capital increase

Oslo, 5 July 2017

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements regarding

the rights offering in Storm Real Estate ASA ("Company").

The capital increase related to the rights offering in the Company

was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

today. After registration of the capital increase, the Company has a

share capital of NOK 35,338,249.20 consisting of 88,345,623 shares,

each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40. The new shares will be

delivered to the investors' VPS account today and listed on the Oslo

Stock Exchange under the company's ticker «STORM».

Arctic Securities AS is acting as settlement agent in connection

with the rights issue. Arntzen de Besche Advokatfirma AS is the

Company's legal advisor in connection with the rights issue.
