The company has received notices from Bekken Invest AS, a company closely associated with board members Stig Wærnes and Marianne Bekken, and KMC Family AS, a company closely associated with board member Stig Wærnes, of an intra group transfer of 150 shares in EBE Eiendom AS, which owns 100,038,320 shares in KMC Properties AS.
