Bekken Invest AS has today purchased 1,740,000 shares in Storm Real Estate ASA (the “Company"). Following the completion of the Transaction, Bekken Invest AS owns 1,740,000 shares in the Company, representing 19.69 % of the total number of shares and votes in the Company.
