Reference is made to advance information in notification on

01/12/2016.

Storm Nordic Fund, 100% controlled by Morten E. Astrup, has

on 8 December been finally dissolved, and Storm Nordic

Fund's assets, including 800,000 shares in Storm Real Estate

ASA has been distributed to its sole shareholder Aconcagua

Management Ltd, also 100% controlled by Morten E. Astrup.

This distribution does not change Astrup's total number of

controlled shares in Storm Real Estate ASA.

Aconcagua Management Ltd's shareholding is after this

3,928,855 shares (21.4%).

The total number of shares controlled by Morten E. Astrup

via managed funds and companies remains unchanged at

4,106,915 shares.
