Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved offer set out in joint offer document dated 21 December 2020 in respect of:

Mandatory offer to acquire the shares in Storm Real Estate ASA (to be renamed KMC Properties ASA with effect from 28 December 2020) made by EBE Eiendom AS and Kverva Industrier AS.

Offer price: NOK 7 per share

Offer period: From and including 22 December 2020 to 16:30 hours (CET) on 19 January 2021 (subject to extension)
