Storm Real Estate ASA - intra-group merger

The Board of Directors of Storm Real Estate ASA, and the

wholly-owned subsidiary Tiberton Yard Finance Limited, have

in a meeting held on 16 March 2016 signed a joint merger

plan for a merger between the two companies, with Storm

Real Estate ASA as the recipient company.

The merger will be undertaken as a parent-subsidiary

merger without compensation based on the Norwegian Public

Limited Liability Companies Act section 13-36. Financial

statements for the past three years are available at the

Company's business address.
