Storm Real Estate ASA - intra-group merger

Reference is made to previous announcements

- 18 March 2016 regarding an agreed merger plan

- 6 May 2016 regarding a resolution to merge.

The Board of Directors of Storm Real Estate ASA, the

acquiring parent company, have resolved completion of the

merger with the wholly owned subsidiary Tiberton Yard

Finance Limited. A notification of completion is sent and

processed by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

(RBE, Foretaksregisteret). The merger has as such been

completed.

The merger was undertaken as a cross border parent-

subsidiary merger without compensation based on the

Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act section 13-
