Storm Real Estate ASA - intra-group merger

We refer to our notification on 18 September 2015 regarding

a signed joint merger plan between two group companies.

The Board of Directors of Storm Real Estate ASA, the

acquiring parent company, have in a meeting held on the 27

October 2015 decided to merge with the wholly owned

subsidiary Tiberton Yard Limited.

The merger will be undertaken as a parent-subsidiary

merger without compensation based on the Norwegian Public

Limited Liability Companies Act section 13-36.
