Storm Real Estate ASA – Notice of extraordinary general meeting

With reference to announcement of 17 November 2020 regarding an agreement to form a combined entity with KMC Properties AS, the board of Storm Real Estate ASA has today convened an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 18 December 2020.

The notice is attached.

Note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and applicable restrictions, all shareholders are encouraged not to attend the meeting physically, but instead vote through submission of proxy forms prior to the meeting.
