On 18 February 2013, the new Supervisory Council of Klaipėdos Nafta, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) had been registered with the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. Based on the results of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders from 11 February 2013, the following three candidates, which had received the most votes and had been elected by the shareholders to the Supervisory Council of the Company for the term of 4 years: Eimantas Kiudulas, Romas Švedas, Agnė Amelija Kairytė, were registered with Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.
