Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Regarding resolution of „Klaipėdos Nafta“ Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of SC Klaipedos Nafta (hereinafter referred to as the Company) on 24 October 2011 resolved: 1. Recall two members of the Board of the Company - Virgilijus Poderys and Kęstutis Žilėnas from the Management Board of the Company. 2. Elect Mindaugas Jusius, Rytis Ambrazevičius and Inga Černiuk as members of the Management Board of the Company. It should be noted that SC Klaipėdos Nafta, the State being its main shareholder, has become one of the first companies to include independent members into its Management Board: Mindaugas Jusius - Manager of Swedbank Life Insurance SE and Rytis Ambrazevičius - Vice President of company Omnitel.
