Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Regarding “Klaipėdos nafta” AB 2010 financial statements

Annual general meeting of “Klaipėdos nafta” AB (further - Company) is going to be held today 28 April 2011, where main shareholder of the Company - Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania will suggest not to approve Company's financial statements and postpone decision on profit (loss) distribution. The main reason for such suggestion is the necessity to investigate whether the legal claim of 17 mln. LT submitted by “Naftos grupė” UAB to the court on 18 April 2011, after the date of financial statements, will have an impact on Company's financial statements.
