KKO INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES THE VOLUNTARY DELISTING OF ITS SECURITIES FROM EURONEXT GROWTH BRUSSELS

Paris & Brussels, 19 July 2021 – KKO INTERNATIONAL (FR0013374667 – ALKKO – PEA-PME) : KKO International announces today that following a comprehensive review of the costs and administrative burdens associated with the secondary listing of its ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Brussels, the company has requested the delisting of its shares on this market.

Following the approval of this request by the Board of Directors of Euronext Brussels SA, KKO International announces that:

• the last day of trading on Euronext Growth Brussels will be Friday 23 July 2021; and
• the delisting will be effective on Monday 26 July 2021.

KKO International shares will continue to be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Paris.
