Publication of a transparency notification

Kinepolis Group NV has received a transparency notification dated 14 February 2017, indicating that Ameriprise Financial Inc. now holds, by virtue of an acquisition of shares on 9 February 2017, 3.05% of the voting rights (835,747 voting rights) of Kinepolis Group NV. As such, the threshold of 3% has been crossed.
