In accordance with the relevant transparency legislation (Law of 2 May 2007 and Royal Decree of 14 February 2008), Kinepolis Group NV states that it has received a notification from BNP Paribas Investment Partners NV on the 24th of August 2012.
The notification states that on the 23rd of August 2012, BNP Paribas Investment Partners NV held a 2.96% interest (194,659 voting rights) in Kinepolis Group NV.
The previous notification on the 17th of February 2012, stated a 3.10% interest (203,853 voting rights) of BNP Paribas Investment Partners NV in Kinepolis Group NV.
