Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“ LODR Regulations ”), this is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on June 04, 2023, allotted 2,17,768 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible grantees under the KFin Employee Stock Option Plan 2020.

Consequently, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 169,66,08,800/- comprising of 16,96,60,880 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 169,87,86,480/- comprising of 16,98,78,648 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
