Dear Sir / Madam,

This is further to our previous intimations bearing reference no. CS&G/STX/JQ2025/04 dated April 16, 2025, and CS&G/STX/JQ2025/42 dated June 02, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that KFin Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Singapore on June 19, 2025.

The Company is also in the process of obtaining requisite approval from the regulator for infusion of capital in the said subsidiary.
