Dear Sir / Madam,
This is further to our previous intimations bearing reference no. CS&G/STX/JQ2025/04 dated April 16, 2025, CS&G/STX/JQ2025/42 dated June 02, 2025 and CS&G/STX/JQ2025/48 dated June 20, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that pursuant to the application filed with Reserve Bank of India ( “RBI” ), the RBI vide its e-mail dated July 09, 2025, has allotted Unique Identification Number to the Company ( “UIN” ) w.r.t. to the investment to be made into its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. KFin Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd ( “Singapore Subsidiary” ).
The UIN will serve as a pivotal reference for all future transactions pertaining to the investment in Singapore Subsidiary, facilitating the monitoring of financial commitments, performance and submission of the Annual Performance Report.
The Company is in the process of infusing capital in the said wholly owned subsidiary.
Details as per BSE’s Circular No. 20230714-34 dated July 14, 2023, and NSE’s Circular No. NSE/CML/2023/57 dated July 14, 2023, are as under:
