Dear Sir / Madam,

Further to our previous intimations bearing reference nos. CS&G/STX/JQ2025/04 dated April 16, 2025, CS&G/STX/JQ2025/42 dated June 02, 2025, CS&G/STX/JQ2025/48 dated June 20, 2025 and CS&G/STX/SQ2025/03 dated July 10, 2025, intimating that the Reserve Bank of India vide its e-mail dated July 09, 2025, had allotted Unique Identification Number to the Company w.r.t. to the investment to be made into its wholly owned subsidiary i.e., KFin Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd ( “Singapore Subsidiary” ).

Further to the aforesaid and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that the Company has made an investment of USD 35,000,000 (United States Dollars Thirty-Five Million) in the Singapore Subsidiary today i.e., October 08, 2025.

The said investment will permit the Singapore Subsidiary to acquire 51% controlling stake in the Ascent Fund Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (“ Ascent Fund ”). Through the Ascent Fund and its global subsidiaries, the Singapore Subsidiary will engage inter alia in the business of providing global fund administration, corporate solutions and other financial technology solutions services to global investment managers.
