This is further to our previous intimation bearing reference no. CS&G/STX/SQ2024/01 dated July 02, 2024 intimating regarding KFin Technologies Limited (“ Company ”) entering into definitive agreements on July 02, 2024 for the disinvestment by the Company of the entire stake of 20.95% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Fintech Products and Solutions (India) Private Limited (“ FPSIPL ”) held by the Company in FPSIPL (“ Transaction ”).

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that the Company has completed the Transaction on July 03, 2024.
