Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the following through circular resolution passed today i.e., February 09, 2026:

• a. change in role and designation of Mr. Anish Kumar as the Chief Compliance Officer (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company with effect from February 09, 2026;

• b. appointment of Ms. Shailaja V as the Chief Risk Officer & Data Protection Officer (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company, with effect from February 09, 2026;

In his previous role, he has worked as Chief Risk Officer, Listing Head & Compliance Officer.
