Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that Mr. Venkatagiri Vonkayala, a Senior Management Personnel, has tendered his resignation as the Chief Technology Officer of the Company on November 16, 2025, and his last working day / effective date of resignation was February 15, 2026.
