Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that Mr. Prashant Saran (DIN: 08747512), who was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years with effect from May 26, 2020, has retired as an Independent Director of the Company and ceased to be a member of the Committees of the Board of Directors, with effect from May 25, 2025, consequent to completion of his term of appointment as an Independent Director of the Company.
