KERNEL ANNOUNCES DATE FOR Q3 FY2022 RESULTS PUBLICATION

Kernel Holding S.A. (the "Company") announces that it will report its Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended 31 March 2022 on Friday, 27 May 2022, before market opening.

Management will not hold a conference call to present the report, considering that no information additional to the one provided in the report is to be presented during such call. The management have no intentions to provide any guidance or outlook on Company's future performance, considering the uncertainty prevailing in Ukraine due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The Company will return to the normal practice of organizing quarterly calls once the martial law is terminated in Ukraine.

The Company will continue to review the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and will provide further information and updates when possible and will make further announcements as necessary to assure all Company stakeholders are equally informed via Company website and regulatory channels of communication.
