NEW DATE FOR PUBLICATION OF KERNEL HOLDING S.A. SEMI-ANNUAL RESULTS
Kernel Holding S.A. ("the Company") referring to Company's report no 08/2022 dated 10 February 2022, informs that due to unforeseen and developing situation in Ukraine publication of the Company's financial periodic report shall be postponed. The exact date will be communicated in due course.
Legal grounds: Art. 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC – inside information.
