Special Window for Re-lodgment of Physical Share Transfers

Pursuant to SEBI circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, shareholders are hereby informed that a special window is open for one year, from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027, to facilitate re-lodgment of transfer requests of physical shares.

This facility is available only for transfer deeds lodged prior to April 01, 2019 that were rejected, returned, or not attended due to deficiencies in the documents, process, or otherwise. During this period, all eligible transfer requests re-lodged after rectification will be processed through transfer-cum-demat, and shares will be issued only in dematerialised form once documents are found in order by the RTA, a demat account and Client Master List (CML) must be provided along with the transfer documents and share certificate(s).

Eligible shareholders may submit their requests to the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e., XL Softech Systems Ltd., at 3, Rd Number 2, Sagar Society, Sri Nagar Colony, Kamalapuri Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034. Additionally, shareholders may also write to the Company at compliance@kelltontech.com with their query and supporting documents for guidance during the window period;
