Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting of Kellton Tech Solutions Limited (“the Company”) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023

Ref: Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and all other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday May 30, 2023 inter- alia to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023.

Further, the Company had already intimated to both the stock exchanges vide letter dated March 31, 2023 regarding closure of trading window, pursuant to amendment to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t “Restriction Period for trading in securities of the Company” and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, from the quarter ended March 31, 2023 which shall continue till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
