KEKROPS (ATHEX: ΚΕΚΡ) announces the financial results of H1 2025, according to IFRS.

Turnover: Sales for the first half of 2025 amounted to €2,065 thousand compared to €505 thousand on 30/06/2024. The increase in sales is due to the sale of one thousand sqm. of land of OT 133 compared to the sale of 50% of the apartment owned by the Company at 1-3 Perseos Street in the comparable period.
Profit/(Loss) before taxes: The loss before taxes for the first half of 2025 amounts to €674 thousand compared to losses of €922 thousand in the previous period. The current period has been negatively affected by a provision for impairment of properties held for sale amounting to €388 thousand, while in the comparable period the corresponding impairment was €500 thousand. Without the impact of the recognition of impairments, the pre-tax results for the current year would be a loss of €286 thousand and for the comparable period a loss of €422 thousand.
