With reference to above captioned subject, we regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Murlidhar J Gupta, Director of the Company, on Sunday 12[th] June, 2022.

Mr. Gupta was appointed on the Board of the Company on October 22, 2007 and played crucial leadership roles through his long career at Kedia Construction Company Limited. The Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure.

His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
