With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Akash Anant Bate (MN: ACS-49824) has tendered his resignation vide his resignation letter dated February 20, 2026 from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company due to personal and professional reasons.
However, the management has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his duties and responsibilities with immediate effect.
