Subject: Intimation for the sale of Shares by Mahen Distribution Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please be informed that Mahen Distribution Limited (MDL), wholly owned subsidiary of KDDL Limited (KDDL) has sold 1,90,724 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Ethos Limited (material subsidiary of the Company) through open market and post this sale of shares, consolidated shareholding of KDDL (directly and indirectly through its subsidiary, MDL) in Ethos Limited has reduced from 53.83 % to 53.05 % on a fully diluted basis.

In this regard, disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and master circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 is given below:
