Subject: Intimation for the acquisition of shares in “Kamla Tesio Dials Limited” (KTDL) under regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please be informed that KDDL Limited has acquired 3,00,000 (30%) equity shares of Rs. 10 each of “Kamla Tesio Dials Limited” (KTDL), subsidiary of the Company from “Kamla International Holdings SA”, 100% subsidiary of the Company.

The details, as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated 9[th] September 2015, are given herein below :
