Please be informed that the Company has acquired 1,38,500 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs 250 per share from the existing shareholders of Ethos Limited.

Post the above acquisition, consolidated shareholding of KDDL Limited (directly and indirectly through its subsidiary, Mahen Distribution Limited) in Ethos Limited will increase from 73.56% to 74.32%.
