Further to our letter dated 25[th] July, 2018 with respect to Funds Raising by Ethos Limited (“Ethos”), Material Subsidiary of the Company, we wish to inform you that Ethos has received the balance of share application money amounting to Rs. 12 crores (being balance 50% of the investment) from the investors who were allotted 821,917 partly paid equity shares by the Board of Directors of Ethos at its meeting held on 24[th] July, 2018 at an issue price of Rs. 292 per share.
