3	Brief profile		Manoj Gupta aged fifty-four (54) years is currently Executive Director of Ethos Limited since February 12, 2020. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from Punjab University and an advance diploma in tool and die making from Indo-Swiss Training Centre, Chandigarh. Mr. Manoj Gupta has a rich experience in the watch industry spanning a period 32 years. He started his career with Titan Industries Limited. He then joined KDDL Limited in 1996 and worked in different capacities from Sales to Unit head. He was also stationed in Switzerland as head of our Swiss office during this period. He then moved to Ethos limited as Vice President Operations and then was inducted into the Board of Ethos as Executive Director in the year 2020.
