Certain primary insiders and close associates have mandated Arctic Securities AS to acquire shares on their behalf

ORLANDO, FL, (March 7, 2022) — Kalera AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: KAL, Bloomberg: KSLLF). Certain primary insiders and close associates of the primary insiders have today entered into a non-discretionary mandate agreement with Arctic Securities AS to acquire shares in Kalera AS on their behalf. Arctic Securities AS will make its trading decisions independently of the primary insiders and close associates, and the shares acquired will be allocated to the primary insiders and close associates in accordance with a pre-agreed distribution key.

Transactions made by primary insiders and their close associates will be notified in accordance with article 19 of the (EU) Market Abuse Regulation.
