Rejestracja podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego spółki zależnej Aforti Exchange S.A.

Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Emitent", "Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 12 marca 2018 roku powziął informację o rejestracji podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego spółki zależnej Aforti Exchange S.A. (dalej: "Spółka Zależna", "Aforti Exchange") przez Sąd Rejonowy dla M. St. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego w dniu 12 marca 2018 roku.

Po dokonaniu rejestracji podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego, kapitał zakładowy Spółki Zależnej wynosi 10 500 000 zł i dzieli się na 10 500 000 szt. akcji.

Jednocześnie, 100% udziału w kapitale zakładowym oraz w ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Aforti Exchange należy do Emitenta.

Registration of the share capital increase of the subsidiary Aforti Exchange S.A.

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public that on 12th March 2018 became aware about the registration of the share capital increase of the subsidiary Aforti Exchange S.A. ("Subsidiary", "Aforti Exchange ") by the District Court for Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register on 12th March 2018.

After registration of the share capital increase, the share capital of the Subsidiary is PLN 10,500,000 and is divided into 10,500,000 shares.

At the same time, 100% of the share capital and the total number of votes at the general meeting of Aforti Exchange belongs to the Issuer.
