TheManagement Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter "Company") hereby informs that on 31stMay 2017 the share capital of Aforti Exchange Romania in the amount ofEUR 45 000 has been covered, which constitutes 90% of the share capitalof the Aforti Exchange Romania share capital. The Company furtherinforms that on 30thMay 2017 Aforti Exchange Sp. z o.o.,subsidiary, has covered the share capital of Aforti Exchange Romania inthe amount of EUR 5 000, which constitutes 10% of the share capital ofAforti Exchange Romania.
