Resigning from publication of financial resultsforecasts for 2019 yearThe ManagementBoard of Aforti Holding SA with its registered office in Warsaw(hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer") hereby announces, that it hasdecided not to publish the forecasts of financial results of the Companyfor the year 2019 nor for any of its periods.Inthe opinion of the Management Board of the Company, the dynamicallygrowing scale of the Issuer's activity and external factors related toits market environment limit the ability to precisely determine theforecast of the Issuer's financial result. Considering the above, thepublication of financial forecasts would be too risky and could misleadinvestors.Legal basis: Article 17paragraph 1 of the MAR - confidential information
