Changein breakdown of total vote count at Aforti Holding S.A.

Theboard of Aforti Holding S.A. headquartered in Warsaw (hereafter referredto as "Company", "Issuer") would hereby like to announce, that onSeptember 22, 2016 the board of the Issuer received information fromFuturis S.A. and Futuris Capital (Cyprus) Ltd., that on September 16,2016, as a result of claim compensation, Futuris S.A. sold off 1.247.980of its ordinary bearer shares to Futuris Capital (Cyprus) Ltd. As aresult, the informing entities acting in concert possess a total of1.759.980 ordinary bearer shares, which account for 22.56% of the sharecapital and the total vote count, and Futuris Capital (Cyprus) Ltd. istheir primary bearer. Before this change, the informing entities actingin concert held a total of 1.759.980 ordinary bearer shares, whichaccounted for 22.56% of the share capital and total vote count withFuturis S.A. owning 1.247.980 and Futuris Capital (Cyprus) Ltd owning512.000 shares respectively.
