Concluding the purchase agreement of the debt portfolio by thesubsidiary Aforti Collections S.A.

The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer")headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public that on 10thJanuary 2018 became aware that its subsidiary Aforti Collections S.A.headquartered in Warsaw concluded an important agreement ("theAgreement") with a media industry company

According to the Agreement, Aforti Collections S.A. purchased debtportfolio of over 669 thousand PLN main normal value. The purchase ofthe portfolio of receivables indicated above is the implementation ofthe development strategy adopted by the Issuer.
