Information on talks concerning the takeover of an entity in the debtcollection industry The board of Aforti Holding S.A. (hereafter referredto as "Company") headquartered in Warsaw, would hereby like to announce,that it has suspended talks with an prospect in the debt collectionindustry (object of takeover), the goal of which, it was to take overnew shares in the object of takeover. The talks have been suspended dueto a discrepancy in the the estimation of the value of entity. Bothparties are open to the prospect of resuming talks in the future.
