Report Content Noticeof refusal to approve the arrangement of the subsidiary AfortiCollections S.A.

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. under restructuring, with itsregistered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")hereby announces that on October 21, 2025, it was notified of theannouncement of the decision of the District Court in Warsaw, 23rdCommercial Appeals and Public Procurement Division (hereinafter referredto as the "Court of Second Instance") regarding the consideration of theappeal filed by the Company and Aforti AC sp. z o.o. against thedecision of December 16, 2024, regarding the approval of the arrangementof the subsidiary Aforti Collections S.A.

Byits decision of October 21, 2025, the Court of Second Instance amendedthe appealed decision and refused to approve the arrangement of AfortiCollections S.A., which is consistent with the Company's expectationsgiven the adopted strategy and the implemented restructuring plan of theCompany, of which Aforti Collections S.A. is a part.
